Инфаркт в детском возрасте
Ребенок в возрасте 7 лет поступил с жалобами на пекучие боли за грудиной, потерю сознания развившиеся после физ.нагрузки.На ЭКГ-полная АВ-блокада, признаки острой ишемии миокарда передне перегородочной локализации.Получала лечение по инфаркту, была налажена временная ЭКС .Через 3 дня ритм восстановился, купировался болевой синдром.Через месяц была проведена коронарография - без патологии.??Это был далекий 2001г.Та же девочка у меня на приеме 4 дня назад-на физ.нагрузку развились жгучие боли за грудиной, головокружение , подьем температуры до 37.7.ЭКГ-за 1 год до этого-без патологии!!!На приеме ЭКГ-острый инфаркт переднеперегородочной локализации .ЭХОКГ-ФВ45%, гипокинез межжелудочковой перегородки, обл.верхушки. Выкладываю коронарографию 2001г, может мы что-то не видим? Прошу совета у рентгенэдоваскулярных хирургов.

В последней клинической классификации инфаркта миокарда, подготовленной объединенной рабочей группой ESC, ACC, AHA, WHF выделяют тип 2 (инфаркт миокарда, вторичный по отношению к ишемии, возникшей или из-за повышения потребности в кислороде, или из-за снижения его доставки, например, из-за спазма коронарной артерии, коронарной эмболии, анемии, гиперонии или гипотонии).

Справедливо замечено, что некроз миокарда может возникнуть по самым разнообразными причинам. В том числе и при интактных КА.
У Вас не сохранились случайно кардиограммы, ЭХО клипы, анализы крови и другая объективная информация?
